Position Title: Telehealth Monitor Technician

Position Type: Per Diem



  1. Contacting our patient’s and scheduling appointment
  2. Completing professional installation in patient’s homes
  3. Timeliness for contacting patient’s and completing installation (typically within 24 hours of notification)
  4. Ensuring the monitor is working correctly
  5. Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy
  6. Professionally representing VNA Community Healthcare when at patient’s homes
  7. Demonstrating monitor to patient and/or caregiver
  8. Observing the patient and/or caregiver using the monitor to ensure accuracy
  9. Explain to the patient the process of who reviews their vital sign data and possible scenarios that the patient may encounter or be asked to do, i.e. retesting
  10. Maintaining a small inventory of monitor’s
  11. Occasionally trouble shoot via the telephone or in a patient’s home when errors occur


  1. A valid driver’s license, automobile and proof of insurance
  2. Understanding of installation and use of electronic equipment
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent
  4. Excellent customer service skills
  5. Enjoys working with people
  6. Is dependable, professional and considerate
  7. Excellent communication skills
